Vormsi

Postitus Postitas Bert-Ola »

Hi
Is there a register of dead / deceased 1943-1945 on Vormsi.
It stopped writing dead in the church book, 1942.
But there may be or that any registered dead / deceased on Vormsi parish or municipality when in the meantime.
Maybe there's something in the archives
Is there anyone who knows

Usually all documents about persons and personal information past 1940 are classified. That means even if you find a reference to a document about your ancestor, you cannot access it publicly. You have to prove a cause (for genealogical research it would be proof of relation) to access those archives. For that you would have to turn to the central archive service and declare your identity and the documents you desire to see. As long as you can prove that you are related, it should be no trouble.
