Based on these soul revision records you most certainly cannot come to the conclusion that Mart and Mikk are brothers and Jakob and Peter are Mart's sons. You have to research the church books if you want to find out the relationship between these persons.

The name "Paju Mardi Jakob" does not mean that Jakob is Mart's son. Jakob can as easily be e. g. Mart's son-in-law, servant, cottager, present head of the household in the farm where Mart used to be head of the household in the past, etc., etc. There are so many possibilities for interpretation here.
