a) Keemia, Paldiski, Saarma are streets in Kristiine district in Tallinn. People living in this area could have been members of any church in Tallinn - Lutherian or Orthodox. If Lutherian, then most likely Kaarli or Jaani.

b) death May 4th, 1919; buried May 8th.

c) Tallinna Linna Keskhaigla - Tallinn City Central Hospital - Ravi street 18 (few hundred meters from where I am sitting right now)
