I tried to research in Karel's wife Hip Sissask. The marriage in 1825 says "Torwasse Kusta Sissask t. Hip".
In Torwasse I found the following records.
1811: Saaga EAA.1865.2.1/11:10?1275,1243,1041,364,0
1816: Saaga EAA.1865.2.2/6:24?164,1479,1939,423,0
1826: Saaga EAA.1865.2.2/9:24?64,1044,1274 ...

Tarto Gesinde: Saaga EAA.1865.2.1/5:27?1294,1042,1068,143,0 und um 1795 war Karel's Vater Andre dort Wirth.

Hatte Andri da schon Kinder? Und was bedeuten die Zahlen? Das Alter? War er 1795 41 Jahre alt? Und seine Frau 35?

Tarto ist wohl eine Gemeinde nahe Taiwola/Taheva. Hab es im Personalregister gefunden.

Weisst du wo "Tarto" ist oder war? Oder ist das eine andere Schreibweise von Tartu?

I checked the death date that is mentioned in Karel Taitz's register, and I found Hip's death note. It mentions the name Karli. Is that a female name?
And Kusta is not mentioned...

Your Karel is born on 10th January and his father is Tarto Andri (Tarto – name of the place, Andri – first name – and they did not have any family names these times), so the birth record on the page 85 should be the right one.

1) So Karel's parents are Andri Taitz and An?
