Can somebody help translate the German text on this page ?

It for the right page on this link with "Sicka Jurri", who is my 4* great grandfather. I also need help with the translation of a small bit on the following page (where the family information is continued)

I'm related through Jurri's daughter Tina/Stina/Kristina. Her birth is at the top of the second column in this link:

It looks like before becoming "Sicka Jurri" he was "Sepa Higis Jurge" ?

I don't know any of Jurri's parents. I know Lehn's father was Pavel. I see some of "Salo" Pavel's children mentioned ... are there any other clues in Tina' birth about her parent's families ?

Next people are not from the same family, they came to this farm after Sicka Jüri died. Namely:

-his wife Ingel from public manor of Neulöwel, is Kimbo Rein daugther
-their son Niggolas who born after previous revision
-The brother of farmer named Tõnis from Kuiste Julus farm
-Fostersohn [of Sicka Jürri] Carl is now written under Wirth (farmer) Söhro Carl

-Sicka Jürri widow Kaddri from Koljo or Möldri Rein farm - seems that Sicka Jürri married after 1st wife died in 1791 and Kadri is from farm which has two names /Koljo and Möldri Rein/
-her daugther Stina - seems that this Stina is child from Kadri's 1st marriage
-farm-hand Andrus, Koljo Hans brother, from private manor of Karredahl, and born after previous revision

It is quite common that people names changed before family names were given (in early 19 century). This first name (e.g. Sicka, Koljo) may indicate farm where they lived. In some cases it is nickname, some cases occupation or father's (or grandfather's) name. Seems that in this manor (parish?) names are written so they indicate farm where people live (not necessarily being farmers, but may be farm-hands, servants etc).

So, Lehn's father was "Salo" Pavel and matching that with Tina's birth, I have some names of Lehn's siblings, and I now know she was from Joori too - great stuff !
