Russian Congregations

My family was from Sangaste and Otepaa parishes and they went to Russia, somewhere near Samara, in the late 1800's. Since the Estonian congregations in Russia website is down (Estlatrus), does anybody know where I could get lists of church members in Estonian congregations in Russia. They were Lutheran.
