Help me to get my Estonian citizenship (My grand-grandmother is Estonian)

Hi everyone. My name is Ekaterina and my grand-grandmother was born and raised in Estonia before WW2. I could have written this in Russian. But I am writing in ENglish to reach a wider audience.
I am an Israeli citizen (like many Eastern Europeans). I want to get married with my fiance who is a British citizen in London. Long story short, for some stupid reasons my fiance visa application was rejected. We have set up the wedding and everything in London and we really can't cancel it.
My grand-grandmother died in Russia. However, her son, my grandfather is still alive and lives in Russia. How can I prove her citizenship? I am confused. And my family is at stake. Please help.
